For maintaining better communication among the staff JTS has developed organizational structure and Organ gram for programs and JTS as a whole. JTS prepared strategic plan and developed separate written recruitment and procurement policy. Decisions are taken at central & grass root level on a participatory way. In every quarter JTS organize coordination meetings where project performance are being reviewed and EC member and donor representatives are contributing in planning for further improvement of the project. Project staffs are using data at local level to preparing action plan. The organization ensured field level staff participation in preparing of renewal project proposal in order to incorporate their demand for the next year. All types of workshop, performance review meeting, advocacy meeting etc. are being organized in the field level. JTS rapidly complied with the field findings and recommendations provided by donor.
